We only accept those guest posts that met our requirements. Follow these guidelines when you’re submitting your article, and read the FAQs for clear answers.
Submitting an Article: Submit your completed article to mentorsforseo@gmail.com. Our editors will review your article, and if you approved as a contributor, we’d get back to you ASAP, usually within 5-10 business days.
Length: Make sure your article must have 1000+ words; longer articles are welcome. Series based articles are also accepted.
Format: The article must be written in simple, and standard American English. The tone of the article must be conversational. Articles with technical tone will go to our SPAM folder. Use short paragraphs, which are easier to read.
- Keep the sentences short
- Use bullet points
- Use bullet headings for long headings. They break up the large expenses of text
- Avoid Using bold language in your articles.
Promotional Links: Articles with promotional links in them will consider as a “sponsored post.” We have specific guidelines for that. However, links can be included in your bio as long as they aren’t written as a call to action or linked an affiliate product. (eg. “Lindsey Walker works at xyz.com,” Not “Use xyz.com for…”). Links in the body may be included if they refer to a study, poll, news or credit to any other outside article.
Bio: Please, include a high-quality bio and a headshot of your self with your Twitter handle or any other social media contact. Article without a bio or headshot will not be accepted. Submitting articles with fake bios and authors would be considered as SPAM.
Topics: Anything within your expertise that’s related to Digital Marketing especially, SEO. Examples:
- How to or advice from your experience
- Tips and Tricks to improve ranking and traffic
- Lessons learned from mistakes you’ve made
- Experiments you’ve done in your past experience
- Reporting on upcoming trends and how to utilize those trends to get maximum exposure
- Case Studies are also accepted.

Q: Can I republish my article after publication on Mentors For SEO?
A: Yes. If you provide us an original article, you may republish it on their websites after publication, as long as you credit us in the post and give a backlink to our website.
Copyrights: When you submit a guest post, you grant Mentors For SEO the right to use that guest post and redistribute it in RSS feed syndication, in compilations, in newsletters, etc. In return, we give you the attribution as the author of the post
Q: What if another publication wished to republish my blog post?
A: We’re happy to do so. If a website or magazine wishes to republish your article and is willing to give attribution to you as the author and to Mentors For SEO as the source of the publication, we’re all agree for it. Just shot us an email with the link where you’ll be reprinted to mentorsforseo@gmail.com.
Q: What type of posts will you not publish?
A: Content that not adhere with our Terms of Use, have bold language, any stuff related to gambling, poker, pornography, or even links to them. These types of articles will be rejected.
Q: Do you edit my guest post?
A: Yes, we do some minor editing, such as editing for space, correcting typos, or title changes. To get your article published ASAP, we recommend that you only submit the final edited articles.
Q: What if my syndicated blog gets posted by another guest author?
A: If we use your post by another guest author, we will credit your blog/website in the byline of the article and then your guest writer in the author bio at the end.
